Upcoming Transition to Osaic 

As many of you are aware, the broker-dealer that we work with, American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc. (APFS), was purchased in November 2022 and is now merging into the parent firm Osaic. That transition is scheduled to take place on October 14, 2024. 

We want to assure you that this change will not impact your relationship with AP Denver or how we partner with you, our valued clients. 

Ideally, there should be almost no action needed on your part. You will not be required to complete new paperwork or change account numbers. The custodian of your accounts (Schwab and/or Pershing) will not change. 

As account holders, you will begin to receive mailings in early September directly from APFS/Osaic informing you about the merger. As always, we are available should you have any questions.
